Martha Mustard, REALTOR®

Originally from Charlotte, NC, Martha and her husband purchased their first home on Hilton Head Island in 2017 while still living in Charlotte. They quickly fell in love with the Low County way of life and decided to make it permanent in 2019.                             

Martha started out her career after she graduated from UNC-Charlotte working for the City of Charlotte's Engineering & Property Management's Real Estate Division. With more than twenty years of experience across an array of varied industries, Martha has a diverse background in project management, contract negotiation, talent acquisition and recruiting, change management and corporate strategy development. 

Martha's passion for real estate came full circle and she joined Keller Williams in 2022. Coupled with her corporate experience, she has been able to quickly establish herself in the community where she represents buyers and sellers both on and off-Island. 

Martha lives in Sea Pines with her husband and son, and their two black labs. She enjoys spending time on the beautiful beaches in Sea Pines, riding bikes, running, playing tennis and pickleball, spending time with her family and friends, and staying busy volunteering in the community and at her son’s school. She is a member of the Hilton Head Area of Realtors and the National Association of REALTORS®

Bridget has been helping sellers and buyers since 2003. 

Her more than twenty two years in real estate coupled with her years working as a consultant, facilitator and negotiator enable her to assist clients with sound decision making and valuable information so that their buying or selling experience is a positive and successful one.
 

Bridget comes from a strong background in marketing, business development, project management, customer service, and contract negotiations. Having brought that experience to bear on the Real Estate profession has resulted in a unique blend of skills.
 

Bridget’s clients describe her level of service as “above and beyond” as her customer focus, attention to detail and extensive real estate experience assist her clients with sound decision-making so that each transaction is a positive and successful one. 

A Boston native, Bridget now resides on the island with her husband and their three children. All 3 of her children attended Hilton Head Preparatory School and went on to attend Clemson and the University of South Carolina. Bridget is a Providence College graduate and a member of the Hilton Head Area of Realtors, The Greater Boston Real Estate Board, as well as the National Association of REALTORS®.
